Minor things on Sign in
I just signed in ... on the sign in form the reCAPTCHA didn't work on Firefox, the Popup just didn't show.
Also in the confirmation Email the password in spelled out, that strikes me as bad practice.
Third, clicking on "Site support" in the footer takes me to a "Contact" tab which is empty.

Please help us solve the problem of sign up and answer the following questions:
- Which browser do you use?
- Which device do you use?
- What is the country/city you are logging to the site from?
As for the Contact tab, you need to switch the adblocker.

CAPTCHA is one of the most annoying features meant to protect web sites from minors and vice versa. The problem is it doesn't work except on older adults whose eyes are going bad.
